listening to Super Junior’s “Sorry, Sorry” is something of a rite of passage for any kpop stan, and for one of us, at age fifteen, this song was our first exposure to the genre.
the problem lies in the fact that these days, SuJu is all grown up, and so are we. it’s impossible not to notice that with each new generation of kpop, the fans just seem to get younger and younger…
or rather, we just get older and older.
i’m too old to be this into kpop was founded by two USA-based kpop nerds born in ’80 and ’92 who feel a little out of place in an otherwise young fanbase. we hope to bring you the best of multifan kpop without any of the awkwardness of realizing that your new internet bestie who stans Taemin as hard as you do is only a fraction of your age.
