check out our 10 favorite songs released by kbands, kpop groups and solos this week

10. Double Click by Ghost9

Gh#$

GHOST9‘s entire EP has a summery sound we love, but this song about a love that blossoms virtually stole our hearts for its playful vibes and sweet lyrics.

9. Freezing Point by Ravi ft. Xydo

$0

Ravi gives a tour-de-force performance in this song, showing his creativity and skill when it comes to rap, and Xydo‘s voice brings a smoky allure to the B-side.

8. You Are Raining All Day Long by Lee Sangsoon ft. Sunwoojunga

Lee Sangsoon and Sunwoojunga perfectly compliment one another in this song that you’d hear sitting in a cafe with the Eiffel Tower in view.

7. Stay by BI ft. Tablo

BI and Tablo of EPIK HIGH both get ample time to shine, putting so much emotion in this song about trying to hold onto someone who’s slipping away.

6. Anti-Romantic by TxT

With the boldness of their performances and their striking visuals, it’s easy to forget that TxT has so much talent when it comes to vocals. Anti-Romantic is a stirring reminder of that, highlighting the unique character of each of their voices and showing how well they blend together.

5. Back by Jung Jinhyeong

Thumpy bass, distorted production flourishes and Jung Jin Hyeong‘s made-for-R&B voice come together to make this song one we couldn’t get enough of this week.

4. Kangaroo by Wonstein

The temptation for word play is too much. Wonstein‘s latest song Kangaroo gets us hopping with its chill quality and its creative lyrics like “Wherever I go, everything I need is in your pocket.”

3. Let it Shine by Yunsae

Singer-songwriter Yunsae‘s sweet voice gives this b-side from her new EP an uplifting quality, making it the perfect pick-me-up for those down days.

2. Inside by Junny

Junny‘s velvety voice and classic R&B backing have us wanting to stay inside all day with it on repeat.

1 – tie- Gambler by Monsta X

We’ve never had a tie before but there was no way to compare our two #1 picks. They’re too different and we love them both too much. Gambler is the ultimate hype song with its dramatic vocals, fiery rap and that rocking electric guitar. It’s truly Monsta X at their best.

1 – tie – Where Are We Now – Mamamoo

Where Are We Now? shows off a side of MAMAMOO we didn’t expect to see. Of course, it’s clear all four members are incredibly talented, but we were shook by just how gorgeous a ballad performed by them can be. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve listened by now, but I still get chills every time.

There you have it, our top 10 songs of the week. You can check them all out on our Spotify playlist. Give it a listen and then drop a comment, telling us what your favorite song of the week was.
